What our hiring process looks like:
  • Phone Screen: A quick phone screen to learn more about your experience, career goals and answer any questions you may have about Branch.
  • Hiring Manager Interview: A deeper dive into your experience and the specifics around the role.
  • Team Interview: A chance to meet with 3-4 Branch team members. Interviews will be both culture and role focused. For engineering, we typically include a coding exercise.
  • Executive Interview + Reference Check: A 30 minute interview with Branch’s CEO, Atif Siddiqi.  For references, we ask that you provide a minimum of 3 references, one being at the manager level.
  • Offer: If we are extending an offer, we will make sure to include details around compensation, options, benefits etc.
