“It’s very straightforward to use. I’ve maybe seen five items over the last two years that have come my way in terms of issues needing to be resolved,” Hill says. “This is huge from a payroll perspective, because it shows me that with those few issues that have come up, Branch has handled them and taken them off our plate right away.”
