Siddiqi is the founder and CEO of Branch, a workforce payments platform. After seeing technology for hourly workers had not changed since his first hourly job, Siddiqi founded Branch at technology incubator Idealab. He made the move from Los Angeles to Minneapolis, to participate in the inaugural class of the Techstars Target Retail Accelerator program in 2016, and has continued to grow the company in the Twin Cities.

Across over two decades with Bullhorn, Son has been delivering technology solutions to the staffing industry, earning the opportunity to work with thousands of firms across the globe on their digital transformation journey. Son helps staffing firms architect, optimize, and maximize their technology investments to help fuel growth. As a Director on Bullhorn’s Sales and Strategy team, Son focuses on providing strategic insights and technical guidance that enable staffing companies to fuel growth and deliver best-in-class experiences for their stakeholders.
