What is your job title and what are your responsibilities here at Branch?
Customer Support. My job is to effectively communicate with our users and help them and troubleshoot to resolve any issues they might have.
What does your day-to-day look like at Branch?
I'm always in the ticket queue, answering phones, sometimes responding to reviews and working on different projects here and there.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
An equestrian! 🐴

Giving, encouraging, and random.
When you’re not working, what are your favorite things to do?
Read in the park, go on walks with my friends, or attempt to cook. And somehow, I always find myself scrolling cool contemporary art websites when I have extra time. 🎨
