Uber Pro Card Rewards Terms & Conditions

These terms (the "Rewards Terms") set forth the terms and conditions of the Uber Pro Card* (“Card”) cash back rewards program (the "Cash Back Rewards Program") whereby you can earn cash for certain purchases using your Card(“Cash Back”). In the event of any inconsistency between these Rewards Terms and any provision of your Business Deposit Agreement, Branch Terms of Service, or Business Cardholder Agreement, these Rewards Terms control with respect to this Cash Back Rewards Program.

‍Eligibility for rewards and cash outs using an Uber Pro Card

• You must have an active Uber Pro Card account
• You must have an active driver or courier Uber account

‍Earning Cash Back on Gas, EV Charging and at Advance Auto Parts

• Cash Back on Gas. Use the Uber Pro Card to earn Cash Back on gas purchases at any station, in any city, at the following rates, depending on your Uber Pro or Uber Eats Pro status (“Pro status”):
          Diamond: 6%
          Platinum: 4%
          Gold: 3%
          Blue (drivers): 2%
          Green (couriers): 2%
• Additional Cash Back at ExxonMobil™. You may also earn an additional 3% Cash Back on gas purchased using your Uber Pro Card at ExxonMobil stations .

• Cash Back on EV Charging. Earn Cash Back on qualifying EV charging purchases in any city, at the following rates, depending on your Pro status:
          Diamond: 12%
          Platinum: 8%
          Gold: 6%
          Blue (drivers): 4%
          Green (couriers): 4%
• Advance Auto Parts. Use the Uber Pro Card to earn 15% Cash Back on purchases at Advance Auto Parts and participating Carquest locations. Applies to all products in the US and Puerto Rico, both in-store and online.

• Mastercard Easy Savings® Program Terms & Conditions. You may earn additional cash back, including on gas, when you make purchases with your Uber Pro Card at merchants who are part of the Mastercard Easy Saving Program. Any Cash Back or other rewards related to Mastercard Easy Savings are subject to Mastercard’s terms.

‍Free Instant Cashouts

• Your earnings will be instantly deposited to your Uber Pro Card account after every trip, saving you Instant Pay fees.  
• Instant cashouts are not guaranteed but typically take 1-5 seconds to deposit.
• Uber may elect to charge a fee for instant cashouts at any time, subject to notice.

Other Rewards Opportunities: Additional opportunities to earn Cash Back or other forms of rewards from participating merchants using your Uber Pro Card ("Additional Rewards," and, together with Cash Back, "Program Rewards") may be available from time to time. How Cash Back Is Earned

• Only the use of your Uber Pro Card or associated debit card number to make qualifying purchases is valid for the purposes of earning Cash Back. Cash Back on gas is only eligible for purchases made at the pump; transactions conducted inside the store may not qualify. You must select ‘credit’  to route the transaction as a “Signature Credit” transaction when you use your Uber Pro Card to receive Cash Back. Selecting ‘debit’ or entering your PIN number will disqualify your purchase from earning Cash Back. 

• The total amount of Cash Back on gas and EV charging you can earn each calendar month by using the Uber Pro Card is $100. With the exception of Mastercard Easy Savings, this cap applies to all gas purchases with the Uber Pro Card that earn Cash Back as described in these Reward Terms. Cap is subject to change with or without notice.
• Cash back on purchases at Advance Auto Parts is limited to $100 per month. Applicable to either in-store or online purchases paid with the Uber Pro Card.
• Cash Back is normally added to your Uber Pro Card account balance promptly after your qualifying purchase, but timing depends on the qualifying transaction and could take up to seven (7) days.
• You will be eligible to earn Cash Back, rounded down to the nearest cent, on total net qualifying Cash Back purchases made using your Uber Pro Card or the debit card number associated with your Uber Pro Card, as long as you select ‘credit’ to route the transaction as a “Signature Credit”.

Suspension/Termination of Your Participation in the Cash Back Rewards Program 

• If you opt-out of information sharing with Branch, your participation in the Cash Back Rewards Program will be terminated immediately, instant cash outs will still be available. 
• We reserve the right to suspend or prohibit your ability to earn, use or redeem the Cash Back referenced above in the event you (i) violate any of these terms and conditions, your Platform Access Agreement, and the Uber Pro or Uber Eats Pro Program Terms and Conditions; (ii) act in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws; (iii) engage in any misconduct or wrongdoing in connection with your Uber Pro Card or the Cash Back feature(s); (iv) structure purchases or conduct transactions with your Uber Pro Card to manufacture spend; or (v) engage in any fraudulent or inappropriate acts. 
• You must remain an active driver or courier on the Uber platform in order to participate in the Cash Back Rewards Program. Once you are no longer eligible, your participation in the Cash Back Rewards Program will be terminated immediately. Any Cash Back earned and/or accrued in violation of this Agreement may be revoked by us in our sole discretion. Your ability to earn, use or redeem Cash Back will be terminated if either you or we place your Branch account in a status that prevents you from receiving deposits.

Additional Rewards Program Terms 

• Please note that offers from Uber, Branch, or other participating merchants, including but not limited to the amount of Cash Back or other rewards available and the requirements to earn or use such, as well as the numbers of merchants participating, and the types of offers or conditions thereto, are subject to change at any time, and at our sole discretion, unless otherwise required by law.

• Use of your Uber Pro Card is subject to these terms and conditions, as well as your Business Deposit Agreement and Business Cardholder Agreement. Card benefits are subject to change. Bank account opening is subject to Branch approval. 
• Uber is not responsible for the products and/or services offered by other companies, or for the terms and conditions (including financial terms) under which those products and/or services are offered, whether it be the Business Deposit Agreement, Business Cardholder Agreement or another agreement you have with Branch, an offering from Mastercard, another merchant, or otherwise.
• Notwithstanding any terms applicable to your Uber Pro Card, Uber or Branch may terminate, suspend or modify the Cash Back Rewards Program, in whole or in part, at any time upon notice to you, subject to applicable law.

* Banking Services are provided by Evolve Bank and Trust, Member FDIC. The Uber Pro Card is a Mastercard debit card powered by Branch and issued by Evolve Bank pursuant to a license from Mastercard and may be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted.
